Julian Mitchell is an award-winning marketer, strategist and multimedia journalist. He's been a notable contributor and launched platforms for leading media brands such as Forbes, Beats by Dre, Spotify, Vanity Fair, Complex, HuffPost and REVOLT.

As a marketer, he’s spearheaded campaigns and experiences for global brands like Nike, AT&T, American Honda, Wells Fargo, Walmart, Amazon Prime, the NFL, Google, T-Mobile and HBO Max. 

His work has received a Webby Award, Anthem Award, Event Marketer Award, OMMA Award, Muse Creative Award, multiple Summit International Awards and the ANA Award for Creative Excellence.

In 2021, CES and the Consumer Technology Association named Mitchell an innovator shaping the future of consumer electronics. He also spent five years serving on the CES Advisory Board, helping shape what speakers, conversations and experiences happen at the world’s largest tech conference. 

In 2019, he was named a TEDx Visionary, prior to delivering a powerful TEDx talk detailing how creators were becoming the new cultural leaders. 

In 2018, Mitchell also received the distinguished honor of being a Torchbearer at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang for his pioneering work and cultural impact.

In 2016, LinkedIn ranked Mitchell No. 9 on their list of Top Voices in Media, citing him as one of the must-know writers shaping culture. In the same year, Mitchell was tapped by Complex Networks to launch Complex Hustle, the company’s first video channel for creative entrepreneurs.
